Spiros Mavrogalos

A senior executive with proven expertise in corporate strategy, in increasing revenues and control costs through restructuring, as well as create innovative solutions for customers and improving operating procedures and corporate governance. During his 30 years of experience he has undertaken the responsibilities of Managing Director and General Manager in large companies and Board member in a number of banks and insurance companies.

He has extensive experience of more than 10 years in procurement as former CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) in two of the largest greek group of companies. In both cases he successfully implemented restructuring projects of Group Procurement functions and cost rationalization initiatives.

He is Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and holds an MBA in Financial Studies from University of Nottingham and BSc in Computer Information Systems from the American College of Greece.
