Helen Mackenzie is the Head of Community Outreach at Art of Procurement, a leading creator
and distributor of multi-channel content aimed at educating and inspiring procurement leaders
around the world.
She is a former UK public sector executive whose remit covered procurement and financial
services. During her time as a senior leader, Helen devised and implemented award-winning
practice combining procurement and community engagement.
Helen is the author of procurement study guides on category management, systems
technology and commercial data management. She serves on a number of boards and is
currently the Audit and Risk Committee chair of the Scottish Public Pensions Agency which
administers the pension schemes for the National Health Service, Teachers, Policy and Fire
Service in Scotland.
