Anna Karamolegkou

Anna Karamolegkou has been working for more than 20 years in the corporate sector, holding positions of increasing responsibility in procurement, operations and finance.

Since 2018, she has been Head of Procurement, Facility and Real Estate Management at Avis, responsible for managing the company’s purchases and property assets. She is passionate about procurement excellence, as a critical component of business growth and sustainability. She pursues this goal, leading her team through continuous innovation and capacity building, optimizing processes, applying new technologies and collaboration models. In the past two years, she has overseen the successful digital transformation of the company’s procurement model, leading to the achievement of significant KPIs, aligned with the overall business strategy.

Prior to Avis, Anna worked in large organisations including Nike, Scotiabank and Olympic Airways. She holds an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff and a degree in Economics from the University of Glamorgan, Wales. She has also completed executive courses in Strategy and Crisis Management at Harvard Business School and in Cultural Change at the Columbia Business School.
